Lilac St. Discount Codes

How do I redeem my Lilac St. discount code?

To use a Lilac St. discount code, follow these quick steps:

1. Copy your code from BravoDeal.
2. Add Lilac St. lashes, bonds, and accessories to your cart.
3. Go to checkout and find the promo or discount box.
4. Paste the code exactly as shown, then apply it.
5. Confirm the updated total before completing payment.

The savings appear instantly once the code is accepted at checkout.

Why is my Lilac St. promo code not working?

Often, issues with a Lilac St. promo code not working arise due to expiry, exclusions, or cart conditions that don't meet the offer's terms. Remember, reward codes require you to be signed in to your Lilac St. account. Items already discounted, bundles, or subscription orders can sometimes be excluded from additional promotions, and regional or minimum spend rules may apply. Always double-check the fine print on BravoDeal and your cart to ensure eligibility, then try again with the correct items.

Can I combine Lilac St. coupons?

No, Lilac St. allows only one discount or reward code per order. Reward codes cannot be combined with gift cards or other promotions, and they are not compatible with Lash Club subscription orders. To maximize your savings, choose the single best offer for your cart.

Know the shipping timelines and limits

Orders ship from California after 1 to 3 days of processing. Standard delivery to the contiguous U.S. usually arrives in 2 to 6 business days, Express delivery in 4 to 5 business days, and Priority in 2 to 3 business days. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, standard service typically takes 6 to 8 business days, while APO or PO Box addresses usually arrive in 2 to 8 business days. Lost order replacements can be requested if tracking has not updated for 20 days within the U.S. or 30 days internationally.

Free returns on unopened items within 30 days

Unopened lashes and adhesives are eligible for a free return label within 30 days of delivery, with refunds sent to the original payment method 5 to 7 business days after inspection. Opened items are not returnable for hygiene reasons. However, defective or damaged products are eligible for an exchange by emailing hello@lilacst.com with photos and a brief description.

Bundle and save the right way

Bundle discounts apply when all lash sets match in style and length, a simple rule that helps keep your per-set price lower. When restocking, always check the bundle pages to compare multi-set savings against single-pack purchases.
