Why is my Kohl's Discount Code not working?

There could be a few reasons why your Kohl's discount code isn’t working. Here are some common issues:

• Expired Code: Double-check the coupon's expiration date. Many codes are time-sensitive.
• Minimum Spend Requirement: Some codes have a minimum purchase requirement (like $25 or $50), so make sure your cart meets the minimum before trying to apply the discount.
• Product Restrictions: Certain codes may not work on clearance items, special collections, or certain brands. Make sure the items in your cart are eligible.
• Typos or Additional Spaces: Verify that the code has been entered correctly, with no added or missing characters, as this can cause an issue when trying to add the discount code to your order.

If you continue to experience issues with the discount code, try applying a different coupon or reaching out to the customer service team to receive assistance.

Can Kohl's promotions be combined?

Yes, Kohl’s promotions can be combined to maximize your savings, with certain restrictions. Typically, you can stack Kohl’s coupons with Kohl’s cash, Kohl’s rewards, and occasional Sales promotions while shopping to get the best savings each time you order. Because Kohl’s cash is earned with each purchase, it’s a great way to save and earn future savings simultaneously. However, certain products and brands are not coupon-eligible, and occasional deals may exclude one or more of the aforementioned promotions. Make sure to check the terms and conditions of your coupons and of the sale itself to verify how and what you can use to save.

Does Kohl's offer Free Shipping?

Yes, Kohl’s offers free shipping on orders over $49, which is a great deal for those shopping online. If your order is under $49, they typically charge a standard shipping fee, but Kohl’s often runs promotions where shipping fees are waived entirely, even for smaller orders. You can also take advantage of same-day delivery in select locations and use in-store pickup for even more convenience. For those interested in purchasing gift cards, the brand also offers free shipping for gift card orders sent directly to the recipient.

Customers who choose PayPal have the option to split their purchase into 4-interest-free installments, depending on the total amount of their order. Signing up for an account is both easy and entirely free, and unlocks access to exclusive, members-only offers and rewards.
