How to Redeem Your Ciao Lucia Discount Code

To apply your Ciao Lucia discount code and save on your purchase, simply follow these steps:

1. Copy your chosen code from BravoDeal.
2. Visit the official Ciao Lucia website and add your desired items to your shopping bag.
3. Proceed to checkout and locate the designated promo or discount code box.

Why Isn't My Ciao Lucia Promo Code Working?

Most Ciao Lucia promo codes typically apply to full-price items only, excluding sale or final sale pieces. At Ciao Lucia, all discounted items of 20% or more, as well as all swimwear, are considered final sale. Your code might have expired, be limited to specific product categories, or valid only for a first order through a newsletter or text message sign-up. Double-check that your cart meets all listed conditions, ensure there are no extra spaces when pasting the code, and remember that pre-order items or gift options are often excluded. If these tips don't resolve the issue, consider trying a different offer from BravoDeal.

Can I Combine Ciao Lucia Coupons in the Same Order?

No, Ciao Lucia does not allow coupons to be stacked; the checkout system accepts only one code per order. Furthermore, discount codes can’t be combined with automatic sale pricing or other site-wide promotions. To maximize your savings, apply the single offer that provides you with the best final total for your purchase.

Ciao Lucia Savings Tips

Discover smart ways to save when you shop at Ciao Lucia, based on their policies and current promotions. Keep this page from BravoDeal bookmarked, as it consistently features the latest active codes and deals.

Get a Discount on Your First Ciao Lucia Order

New subscribers receive 15% off their initial purchase when they sign up for the Ciao Lucia newsletter. This newsletter also keeps you informed about new product drops, restocks, and exclusive promotions. Alternatively, you can join the text club for a 15% discount and early access to new launches.

Qualify for Free Ground Shipping in the US

Ciao Lucia provides complimentary ground shipping within the United States for orders over $500. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground; please note that P.O. boxes are not supported, and a signature is required for deliveries to New York City and its surrounding boroughs. If you need your order sooner, 2-day shipping requests placed before 12 PM PST will depart the same business day. Orders containing pre-order items will ship only when all pieces are in stock, so consider splitting your cart if you wish to receive available items sooner.

Understand the Return Policy to Avoid Extra Costs

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn, unwashed items with their original tags attached. However, final sale items, including all discounted pieces of 20% or more and all swimwear, are not eligible for returns. Refunds for approved returns exclude the prepaid label fee, which is $11 for domestic and $30 for international shipments. Exchanges are not offered; if you need a different size, please place a new order.

International Shipping Simplified

Ciao Lucia ships worldwide using DHL Express. VAT and duties are conveniently calculated and included at checkout. Should you refuse a shipment, a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees will apply. Therefore, it’s essential to confirm size and delivery details before placing your order to secure your savings.

Act Quickly on New Launches and Restocks

Popular sizes often sell out rapidly, especially during new product drops and seasonal capsule collections. Sign up for email and text updates to secure early access. Then, pair a live BravoDeal offer with full-price items before inventory becomes limited.

Save with Ciao Lucia Events

Fashion promotions frequently coincide with key retail events and seasonal changes. BravoDeal helps you discover the most valuable live offers during each of these periods.

Black Friday

Black Friday  is the best opportunity to save significantly on many fashion brands, with coverage on full-price items and limited-time cart offers. Expect early access via newsletter or text messages, rapid sellouts of popular styles, and potentially different return policies on marked-down items.

Cyber Monday

Online-focused Cyber Monday deals often extend or shift after the Black Friday weekend, sometimes transitioning to category-specific promotions or final markdowns. Always compare your cart against the code terms and the free shipping threshold to guarantee your overall savings are maximized at checkout.

End of Season

As Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter collections transition, select styles receive progressive markdowns. Final sale terms generally apply to higher discounts, and swimwear consistently remains final sale. Be sure of your sizing and color choices before purchasing these items.

Memorial Day and Labor Day

For Memorial Day and Labor Day, long holiday weekends often feature short-window promotions on seasonal pieces. New season releases may not be included; however, previous season staples and warm-weather styles could have significant price reductions. Monitor BravoDeal to catch the best timing for these deals.
