• Returns: You may return your non-mattress order for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Mattresses can be returned up to 3 months from the date of delivery. Please note that refunds have a $9.99 shipping fee on non-mattress orders and a $99 return shipping charge for mattresses. The charge is waived if a refund is accepted in store credit.

Do Moon Pod products come with a warranty?

At this time, only Moon Pod Mattresses come with a 10‑year limited warranty for manufacturing defects such as broken coils, excessive sagging, or fabric flaws.
