Yes, Gruv does offer  free Standard Shipping  (3-10 days) on orders shipping within its service area;  Expedited  (1-5 days) is  $5.99 , and  Next Business Day  is  $14.99 . Orders placed before  10:30 a.m. CT  ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day. You’ll get a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse. 

## Can I Cancel My Order at Gruv? 
Once you click  Place Order , changes aren’t guaranteed. Gruv advises contacting  customerservice@gruv.com  (or the Contact Us form) immediately with your order number; they’ll  attempt  to pull the order before it processes, but fast fulfillment means cancellation isn’t always possible. If it ships, you’ll need to use the returns process instead.

If you’re unhappy with a purchase, you can return it  within 14 days of receipt  for a full refund. Start by emailing Customer Service to obtain a  Returns Authorization (RA)  and the correct return address for your item. Discs that are  opened  (shrink-wrap removed) generally  can’t be returned , except for defects or packing errors; report incorrect or damaged items within the 14-day window.
